Raven Drafting Services provided the Mechanical Shop Drawings for the new Council Offices for Hindmarsh Shire. The new environmentally sustainable offices include unique energy saving mechanical systems including  preconditioned outside air earth tubes running underground, pressurised underfloor supply plenums serving floor grilles and solartube combined ventilation for amenities. The HVAC systems include Daikin VRV 3-pipe heat recovery ducted FCUs with economy cycle, GJ Walker fan units for mixing O/A with R/A and openable windows linked in with Mechanical Services to take advantage of favorable outside air conditions. Raven provided complete coordinated Shop Drawings for the project, including several design modifications to suite site conditions.
